DDS UK Ltd are committed to giving you the best after sales service for all
the products that you purchase from us. We understand that every individual
will want and require their own special needs for their particular
circumstances. Therefore we will always look to fulfil your wishes and adapt
our basic warranties and service contracts to suit each customer.
Warranty
Our standard warranty is one year return to base warranty. This runs from
the date of delivery or installation. All items purchased that have developed
a fault should be returned to DDS for repair or replacement. DDS can not be
responsible for the postage, damage caused in transit or tracking of the
returned goods so please make sure that you wrap the goods in their original
packaging and use a reliable courier. We will repair or replace the item and
return it to you as soon as we possible can (normally within 48 hours). You
are covered for all parts and labour and the return postage costs. In the event of the goods being damaged by misuse or vandalism, an estimate
for the repair of the goods will be sent to you before any repair is carried
out.
Extended Warranties
We offer a nationwide on-site Service Contract for all our products. This
covers all parts and labour costs and in some cases loan systems. The cost per
year for this is generally 10% of the purchase price of the system. However
there is a minimum charge of £90.00 per year.
