Returns & Warranty Policy
- Every single item is checked before dispatch. If you
do not choose to buy insurance, it is not our
responsibility for any damage coursed or loss of the
goods during delivery.
- An extended warranty is available at the time of
purchase only.
- Please note that you must obtain a return number before
sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us
know you are planning to send an item back for exchange,
by then we will issue your return number and give you
instructions on how to process.
- Item's must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchange item must be in original package.
- Shipping charges are at customer's responsibility.

LED Displays
You pay for the entire LED video display, software and
PC.
It does not include the structural frame or the labour to install it, we can quote you for
this if you want just email us. Any additional frame work such as raised platforms or
framework on the side/top of a building or rear top covers to
enclose the Display. You may also require specialist lifting
equipment such as cranes, this is not included.
You will also need to arrange for the electricity supply to be
suitable to run your video Display.
We will help you and advise you on all the above items.

Warranty
All our products carry a 2 year warranty, this is a return to
manufacturer. We will replace or repair any items that is faulty due to
design fault or poor manufacture.
